This started off as a breast bounce tutorial, how to mix physics and keyframes to get something bouncy and playful. Then I added a futa dick, adjusted the skirt, and now it is a cheering animation.

This pose is called a Liberty Left because the arms are extended above the head and the left leg (from the viewer's perspective) is lifted up. I think IRL you are supposed to go from this pose into another one. I remember seeing an anime once where the characters were doing this bouncing motion in this pose, so I went with it. Maybe it is not 100% realistic. I just like the bounce bounce bounce. :)
